The War on Laundry!



Do you ever think of laundry like a war against you and your clothes! I have a lot of clothes and so does my fiancé! Every week it is the same routine over and over again: whites, solids, darks… when will it ever end. Well the bad news is that until I make enough money where I can hire a maid to do all of our laundry, the battle will never end!

The other alternative is we both stop wearing and owning so many clothes. That is not a realistic option though because I am a girl who loves her closet! My fiancé also loves his clothes too much to them give up. He was voted best dressed of his class in 1996 and he still thinks that he deserves this title to this day! I keep trying to remind him that it has been almost 12 years but he seems to think that does not matter.

Once we came up with this brilliant plan to each do our own laundry, but it never fails I always end up doing it all by the end of the week! At least I am getting pretty good at doing laundry! Maybe the next plan will include him doing all of the laundry that sounds like a good plan to me!
