Christmas Cards

Usually I am the last person to send out Christmas cards. I know that sounds bad but I get so busy around the holidays it is the last thing on my mind. Well this year I decided I was going to try to get Christmas cards out. I have been getting Christmas cards for the last week so I know it is a good time to send them out. I noticed a trend in the cards I got this year they all have a photo on them and they are all the flat type that are perfect for a refrigerator. So I decided to get the same type of Christmas card made with my fiancés and my picture on it. We decided that we wanted to take the picture while it was snowing out. Lucky for us we have had snow that last week now so it is perfect Christmas card weather. We decided to put our favorite football jerseys and hats on and that would be the theme for our picture.

I must say that next year if we decide to do photo’s in the snow I will be sure to wait until it actually quits snowing. When we did our pictures the snow was pouring down and it made it very difficult to get a good picture. Our picture turned out ok but I have learned my lesson for next year. So I went and had the cards made and now I have them in a box. The most difficult part is getting together everyone’s address and mailing them out. I have handed out 2 of them to the family members that live close. Now I have to decide if I am going to mail the rest of them out or if I should just give them to people at Christmas. It is a tough choice because we are limited on pictures but I will figure it out! Good luck with your Christmas cards!
