The choice to recycle

Last week I wrote about recycling and this week I wanted to touch on recycling again! There are so many different things that we use in everyday life that we can recycle or products that we can buy that are made of recycled materials.

I recently found out about a clothing hanger company that makes its garment hangers with new and recycled plastic! Now I know that using recycled hangers does not sound like you are doing much for the earth, but the truth is every little bit counts.

The world has so much trash that anytime you can recycle products it helps. The products that I recommend you focus on are plastics, metals and paper. Every time you get the opportunity to recycle, make the right choice. I love it when I am out in public and I see garbage cans that are specially labeled for recycling!

I was downtown in a meeting last week and I saw garbage cans labeled for paper and plastic. It is nice to see that people and companies are making more of an effort to help save the earth! Just remember every time you recycle or support companies that use recycled products you are helping the earth.
